  • Survey the trees before you offerRemoval or heavy trimming needs a City of Miami permit, usually with mitigation, and demolition applications get referred for tree review. Protected trees are a design constraint, not an afterthought.
  • Budget the practical sideElevation is street-by-street, insurance is three separate policies, exterior work runs through a preservation board, and homestead is filed by March 1. Every one of them is cheaper to meet early than late.
