Brickell is Miami’s urban core south of the Miami River, where high-rise living, the financial district, and Biscayne Bay sit within a few blocks of each other. Brickell City Centre brings retail, dining, and residences together in one open-air complex, and Mary Brickell Village adds another dining and shopping district a short walk away. Waterfront paths and parks give residents access to the bay without leaving the urban core.

Getting around is easier here than in most of Miami. Metrorail and the Metromover connect Brickell to Downtown and beyond, and many residents handle everyday errands on foot. Many still keep a car, so parking and garage access are worth checking in every building you tour.
