Brickell is best known as Miami’s financial hub, but its riverfront is being reimagined. Over the past decade, the north bank of the Miami River transitioned from warehouses and parking lots into a lively residential and cultural promenade. The recent influx of branded towers and resort style developments has elevated the area’s profile, offering sophisticated buyers a rare mix of city energy, waterfront access and world class amenities.
Brickell’s Riverfront Urban Energy Meets Waterfront Elegance
What makes this stretch of Brickell so compelling? A new wave of development has created a walkable, amenity rich neighborhood where residents can live, work and play along the river.
- Dynamic riverfront lifestyle
The Miami River winds through the heart of Brickell, and new promenades allow residents to stroll or bike along the water’s edge. Riverfront restaurants, cafes and public art activate the shoreline, making it a destination beyond business hours. - Work life balance
Brickell remains the city’s premier business district, so many residents can walk to the office or work remotely from high tech coworking spaces within their own buildings. After hours, they are minutes from world class dining, arts venues and bayfront parks. - Transit and connectivity
The neighborhood offers easy access to the Metrorail, Metromover and Brightline intercity rail, making car free living viable. Miami International Airport is a 15 minute drive, and a new pedestrian bridge will connect the riverfront to Downtown and Brickell City Centre. - Skyline transformation
Iconic towers designed by Arquitectonica, Revuelta and SHoP Architects now grace the riverfront. Glass facades capture shimmering reflections of the water, creating a striking urban panorama.
